Michael and Whitney came back down stars, Lexi walked over to them and said "You feeling ok now Mike?" Michael said "I am feeling much better thanks to Whitney." Lexi said "I am glad to hear it." Michael said "There is something about her that makes me feel happy" Lexi said "You like her don't you?" Michael said "Yes I do. But for now we remain friends." Lexi said "That's understandable Mike, you do whatever is right for you." Michael said "Yes true." They kept talking.
Whitney, Roxy and Tara were talking. Roxy said "So You and Michael are close right?" Tara said "Roxy" Whitney said "No it's ok. Yes Mike and I are close friends. We been friends since we were kids." Tara said "Awe how sweet." Whitney said "Michael and I have always been there for each other. No matter what." Roxy said "What about the day when the Media you know made up the story Michael has passed on?" Whitney said "That day was just not right, it was awful hearing that. Mike rang me to say he was ok and had moved down here. I already knew as he had told me." Tara said "So how did you know about this Island?"
Whitney said "Michael told me about it, he also told me that he was having problems with Selena which is why I came here." Roxy said "You are a good friend to Mike. He face lights up when he see's you here." Tara said "Where you taking this Roxy?" Whitney said "I do know what she means and don't worry I am going to wait a bit longer." Roxy said "Why wait?" Tara said "Maybe because she doesn't want to rush things . Let them be Roxy." Whitney said "No I don't want Mike and I to go there just yet, he's only just got out of a relationship. We have not talked about it. Give it time." Tara said "Exactly what I been saying." Roxy said "I don't want to rush anyone I was just talking."
For a few Days Michael and his friends were spending alot of time together. one day Michael was having time to himself, he was thinking about Whitney. He knew he liked her more than a friend but wanted to wait til things had died down abit. Michael had gone for a walk, he ran into Lindsay. Lindsay said "Hey Mike, whats a hot young man like you doing out here on your own." Michael laughed and said "Just walking along the beach. I been thinking about someone." Lindsay said "Awe someone special. or you thinking about Selena?" Michael said "Selena can go to h*ll for all I care. So no Not her." Lindsay said "Sorry didn't mean to bring her up." Michael said "No it's ok. I should have known better when I knew something was up with her, I also have worked out too that remember the day Selena had to go and check on Serena?" Lindsay said "Yes I do."
Michael said "Something tells me she wasn't just checking up on Serena she was seeing Ben. I don't know I could be wrong." Lindsay said "That girl just wasn't right for you I don't think." Michael said "You said it. Anyway, she's not worth talking about now." Lindsay said "How about Whitney?" Michael grinned. Lindsay said "Awe Whitney is the someone special isn't she?" Michael said "Yes that is who I am thinking about."
Lindsay said "You have a crush on her?" Michael said "For the last few days I been having feelings. I want us to be more than friends, but I don't know if she wants that as we both have kids of our own. We both don't want our kids being here and then flying back home having the media to find out about this place. I came here to get away from the Media, Whitney did too I am sure and we both know what the Media is like." Lindsay said "Have you spoke to her at all about this." Michael said "No I haven't done that yet. I don't want our friendship ruined." Lindsay said "Fair enough."

Chapter 42
As Whitney and Lexi were walking back they saw Selena. Lexi was going to up to her. But Whitney stopped her. Lexi said "I want to talk to her." Whitney said "I would not bother she shouldn't be here anyway." Lexi said "I want to know why." Whitney said "No you'll just make it worse." Just as Lexi was about to say something Selena came over. Lexi said "What do you want?" Selena said "I need to talk to Michael." Lexi said "Bit late for that don't you think?" Selena said "He needs to know." Lexi said "Needs to know what? We know everything. Michael already knows! he wants nothing to do with you." Selena said "I need to say good bye to him, I need to let him know that Ben is the father."
Lexi said "He knows!. So don't bother wasting your time." Selena wasn't going to listen to Lexi. Selena started walking up to their Place. She knocked on the door. Roxy answered and said "Well well just look what the cat has dragged in. Why you here?" Selena said "Is Michael here I need to talk to him." Roxy let Selena in. Michael saw her and said "What the heck do you want?" Selena said "I am sorry, I lied and cheated on you" Michael said "Just not good enough. I am never going to forgive you, how could you have like 2 or 3 days before Christmas that we were having a baby Only to find out the baby isn't mine it's Ben's. I thought you didn't want him"
Selena said "We were missing each other." Michael said "So that is your excuse is it, Why didn't you go to him that day you wanted to postpone the wedding I wouldn't of cared if the wedding was called off." Serena said "And I thought you knew better Selena, I want nothing to do with you or Ben, I don't care what happens in your life just don't have any of us in your life."
Selena aid "So that's it is it you all going to cut me from your life?" Lexi said "That's right. You back to Benny boy. He's your life now. Don't come back here." Selena said "I just wanted to say goodbye for Ben and I are moving" Michael said "Oh so you want to move with him but not me?" Selena said "I don't want to move to the US and be with your stupid family, I rather be with someone that doesn't have a family and wants to start one."
Michael said "Did you just call my family stupid?" Selena said Thats what I said, so what you going to do about it." Lexi said "Just GO!!! Never return!" Selena said "Fine by me." Selena left. Michael had gone up to his room. Whitney said "I'll go and talk to him." The others agreed. Whitney went to find Michael, Michael saw Whitney come in. Michael said "Sorry you had to see that" Whitney said "No it's ok, I can't believe she'd do that to you though." Michael said "Well she did and I'm never going to forgive her." Whitney said "I understand there, You're better of without her, you have me and your friends." Michael said "I know and I am happy to know that. But Why do they do it if they don't want to be with me? Is there something wrong with me?" Whitney said "Of course not. There is something wrong with them for not wanting to be with you" Michael said "Like who? The girls are my friends I don't want ruin my friendship with them, then there is you we been friends for a long time. We both have kids and I doubt you want to be with me." Whitney said "Never doubt yourself. You will find someone for sure." Michael said "Why do you make me feel so much better? You always have the right things to say." Whitney said "That's just me I guess. I care about you, I don't see you like this. I am sure the girls feel the same way, please don't give up ok." Whitney gave Michael a hug.
Roxy and Tara were talking. Roxy said "You think Mike and Whitney are a cute couple?" Tara said "Roxy, can you not rush them please, Mike just not long got out of a relationship, the last thing he wants to think about is a relationship. Sometimes a guy or girl take awhile to trust that someone again, after having their heart torn apart. " Roxy said "I'm just saying." Tara said "It's best to let Michael think on that one." Roxy said "He's been spending time with Whitney." Tara said "So that doesn't mean anything, he spents time with us, That doesn't mean we want a relationship." Roxy said "I don't want Michael to rush either. Tara said But we can't tell him what he can and can't do." Roxy said "So he has to do this on his own?" Tara said "Not really, just give him space for a bit. Let him understand what just happen, let him figure it out. We can't tell him whats right or wrong."
